%X In this paper, the author uses classical and modern econometric methods for the modeling of the economic growth rate dynamics in Romania, during the period 1990-2004. The output of this analysis is an econometric model that describes the dynamics of the economic growth process in Romania during the period 1990-2004. It represents a starting point for short and long term predictions and economic analyses.
