%X The management of time is a fundamental issue to the job performance of the manager. Personal effectiveness at work is primarily a function of the individual¡¯s management of his or her time. Time management is the key to improve the use of this scarce resource and there are several ways (techniques) by wich a manager may become more efficient at work. Despite the growing interest in time management this should not be viewed in isolation from leadership, delegation (¡°an open-door policy¡±) , ensuring effective processes of communication.
