%X Through ceaseless quest of man by realization of their rights, the philosophy of language presents a fundamental role. The inability of man to achieve such rights should also conservative vision of law. The philosophy of language presents a major advancement in this area, because that brings the language as a subject and not as mere object, not allowing the legal sciences are relating to the old production mode. However, some feel dangerous this perception because it affects the power, representing the democratisation of the mode of production of law, social relations, and economic policies of the country. Atrav¨¦s da incessante busca do homem pela concretiza  o de seus direitos, a Filosofia da Linguagem apresenta um papel fundamental. A incapacidade do homem em alcan ar tais direitos se deve tamb¨¦m ¨¤ vis o conservadora do Direito. A Filosofia da Linguagem apresenta um grande avan o nesta ¨¢rea, vez que traz a linguagem como sujeito e n o como mero objeto, n o permitindo que as ci¨ºncias jur¨ªdicas fiquem atreladas ao velho modo de produ  o. No entanto, alguns julgam perigosa essa percep  o, porquanto afeta o poder, representando a democratiza  o do modo de produ  o do direito, das rela  es sociais, econ micas e pol¨ªticas do pa¨ªs.
