%X Diff¨¦rentes solutions techniques peuvent ¨ºtre mises en  uvre pour optimiser l¡¯efficacit¨¦ ¨¦nerg¨¦tique des stations d¡¯¨¦puration et valoriser l¡¯¨¦nergie renouvelable issue du traitement des eaux us¨¦es. Cette note fait un point sur leurs avantages et leurs limites et nous pr¨¦sente l¡¯exemple de la station d¡¯¨¦puration de Seine Aval. This note is a point on the issue of energy in wastewater treatment plants. The questions of minimizing energy consumption and of promoting the renewable energy from the treatment of wastewater are discussed, highlighting the advantages and limitations of different technical solutions available. An example of hedging a part of the energy needs from some renewable energy produced on site is given (case of the Seine-Aval WWTP)
