The result of specific colortest indicated that phenolic, depside and many ¦Â-orcinol depsidone compound were presentin hexane, dichloromethane, ethyl acetate and acetone extracts whereas depsidone anddepside with two free hydroxyl groups on meta position were present only in ethyl acetateand acetone extracts. The result of bioactivity test showed that dichloromethane extract wastoxic to Artemia salina, (LC50 = 57.016 ¦Ìg/ml) but it could not inhibit Mycobacteriumtuberculosis H37RV growth. %K Lichen %K P. tinctorum %K Anti-tuberculosis %K Bioactive compound. %U scjubu.sci.ubu.ac.th/document/Eng/2_1_2011/7.pdf
