%X In parts of the ¡°historic village renovation¡±, ¡°urban village renovation¡±, ¡°combining the countries and matching nature villages¡±, ¡°new rural construction¡±, ¡°improving the living conditions of villagers¡±, by the way of ¡°land - renting instead of expropriating¡±, the development of ¡°limited property rights houses¡± in China has existed for a long time, and it has shown a trend of difficult to contain. The article analyzes the status of ¡°limited property rights houses¡±, reveals its drawbacks, explores the reasons for its existence and finally proposes countermeasures.
