%X L¡¯¨¦tude des juifs de Boukhara et de leur inscription spatiale et patrimoniale dans l¡¯oasis dont ils portent le nom est un domaine peu fr¨¦quent¨¦ des recherches sur l¡¯Asie centrale ainsi que sur le juda sme en terre d¡¯islam. Elle est pourtant essentielle pour appr¨¦hender les ruptures et les continuit¨¦s qui marquent l¡¯histoire de cette r¨¦gion du monde o¨´ les juifs boukhariotes ont ¨¦t¨¦ aussi bien t¨¦moins qu¡¯acteurs. Outre l¡¯examen des restrictions particuli¨¨rement s¨¦v¨¨res dues ¨¤ leur qualit¨¦ de dhimmi-s et du statut juridique pr¨¦f¨¦rentiel qui leur fut propos¨¦ durant plusieurs d¨¦cennies par l¡¯administration tsariste dans le cadre du Gouvernement G¨¦n¨¦ral du Turkestan, cet article pr¨¦sente en annexe une s¨¦rie d¡¯actes fonciers in¨¦dits. Ils concernent des familles juives demeur¨¦es dans le Protectorat de Boukhara entre 1897 et 1918 et ¨¦manent de la juridiction musulmane, tout en ¨¦tant sign¨¦s conjointement par le cadi et les responsables communautaires. Il s¡¯agit de documents de forme   classique  , mais rares, en tadjik de Boukhara, t¨¦moignant de la profonde insertion de la minorit¨¦ juive au sein de la majorit¨¦ musulmane, par-del¨¤ le statut politique contraignant impos¨¦ par le pouvoir russe, puis sovi¨¦tique. The study of Bukharan Jews and their spatial and patrimonial status within the Bukharan State is a too neglected one in the field of Central Asian researches, as well as those concerning Judaism in Muslim Land. Therefore, it is important to have a comprehensive understanding of the changes and continuity that occurred in the Turkestan history where the Bukharan Jews were witnesses as well as actors. This article presents a range of unpublished islamic judicial acts concerning Bukharan Jews of the Emirate. They deal with some Jewish families remaining in the Bukharan Protectorate, from 1897 up to 1918, signed by the qazi and the communautarian leadership. Classical by their form, they occured to be rare documents in tadjik language from Bukhara. It offers also an overview of the tough restrictions imposed by their position of dhimmi, and the favorable judicial status they benefit during few decades from the tsarist administration.. They proove the insertion of this minority within the muslim majority, beside the political status imposed by the Russian Power, and later the Soviet one.
