El tumor neuroectod¨¦rmico primitivo es uno de los tumores que pertenecen a la familia de neoplasias formadas por c¨¦lulas redondas, peque as, indiferenciadas que presentan una expresi¨®n fenot¨ªpica neuroectod¨¦rmica. Aparece con mayor frecuencia en la segunda d¨¦cada de la vida. Tiene varias formas de presentaci¨®n, la m¨¢s frecuente es en hueso, seguida de partes blandas, cavidad abdominal, ¨¢rea tor¨¢cico-pulmonar, columna vertebral y sistema nervioso central. Excepcionalmente, se han descrito casos en miocardio, vulva y meninges. El caso que presentamos a continuaci¨®n, es el segundo caso reportado en la literatura mundial diagnosticado en la gl¨¢ndula mamaria, as¨ª como, la revisi¨®n de la literatura en relaci¨®n con esta patolog¨ªa. SUMMARY The primitive neuroectodermic tumor, is included among the blue and round cell¡¯s neoplasm¡¯s, it is a part of The Ewing Tumor¡¯s Family. The primitive neuroectodermic tumor is one of the tumors that belong to the family of neoplasm¡¯s form by round, small, undifferentiated cells, which present a neuroectodermic phenotypic expression. It is more frequently found during the second decade of life. It has several presentations, been the bones the more frequent place, followed by soft tissues, abdominal cavity, lung and thoracic area, spinal cord, and Central Nervous System. There have been exceptional cases in the myocardium, vulvae area and meninges.
