The results suggest that the general job satisfaction of teachers is linked with their perceptions of procedural (r = .27), and distributive justice (r = .38). Moreover, significant correlations were found between the perception of organizational justice and two dimensions of organizational commitment. Several relations, such as distributive justice-affective commitment (r = .48), procedural justice-affective commitment (r = .48), interactional justice-affective commitment (r = .47), and interactional justice-continuance commitment (r = .27), present an interesting perspective. %K organizational justice %K job satisfaction %K organizational commitment %U http://www.rjap.psihologietm.ro/Download/rjap132_5.pdf
