%X La formulaci車n cl赤nica de caso ha sido considerada una estrategia que facilita la organizaci車n de la informaci車n recolectada en un proceso terap谷utico, con el fin de delimitar los problemas de relevancia cl赤nica que presenta el consultante; establecer las variables relacionadas con la adquisici車n y mantenimiento del problema; y estructurar un plan de intervenci車n que favorezca el cumplimiento de objetivos terap谷uticos y metas cl赤nicas. El art赤culo tiene como objetivo presentar la formulaci車n cl赤nica de caso como un proceso de tipo metodol車gico que implica un alto nivel de rigurosidad, y que le permitir芍 al psic車logo cl赤nico organizar la informaci車n de tal manera que optimice sus acciones terap谷uticas. El escrito consta de dos apartados, en el primero se presentar芍n los aspectos metodol車gicos a tener en cuenta para llevar a cabo un proceso de formulaci車n; y en el segundo se expondr芍n las habilidades terap谷uticas que es necesario desarrollar para lograr la integraci車n acertada de la informaci車n.ABSTRACTThe clinical case formulation has been considered a strategy that facilitates the organization of the collected information in a therapeutic process. The clinical case formulation is useful for defining clinically relevant problems presented by the outpatient, the variables related to the acquisition and maintenance of the problem, and to structure a plan of action that benefits the fulfillment of therapeutic objectives and clinical goals. The aim of this paper is to present the clinical case formulation as methodological process that involves a high level of rigor, and that will allow the clinical psychologist to organize information in a way that maximizes its therapeutic actions. This paper has two sections, the first will present the methodological aspects to carry out a process of formulation, and the second part will explain the necessary therapeutic skills to be developed to achieve the successful integration of information.
