%X En este trabajo nos proponemos realizar un an芍lisis cr赤tico en torno al proceso de patrimonializaci車n de las actividades carnavalescas en el 芍mbito de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. Veremos c車mo, a partir de la sanci車n y puesta en marcha de una nueva legislaci車n para el carnaval porte o, se modifican las relaciones y la configuraci車n interna de este espacio de producci車n cultural. Ello implicar芍 la emergencia de nuevas situaciones de complementariedad, negociaci車n y conflicto entre los distintos agentes involucrados en los festejos del carnaval porte o. Principalmente nos interesa describir y analizar el proceso de implementaci車n de dispositivos formales, cuyo objetivo es regular las actividades de las agrupaciones de carnaval. Examinaremos c車mo, a partir de estas normativas oficiales, se establecen demarcaciones y categorizaciones significativas sobre las pr芍cticas y representaciones de las agrupaciones de carnaval, como as赤 tambi谷n las dificultades que surgen al momento de su gesti車n cultural. In this work we seek to do a critical analysis around the process of inheritance of carnival activities in the environment of Buenos Aires city. We will look at how the new legislation for the porte o carnival, passed and implemented recently, has contributed in modifying the relationships and in the internal configuration in this ambience of cultural production. This implies the emergence of new complementary situations, negotiation and conflict among the different agents involved in the celebrations of the porte o carnival. First of all, we are interested in describing and analyzing the implementation process of formal devices, whose main objective is to regulate the activities of carnival groups. We will later examine how these official regulations establish a frame and meaningful categorizations over the practices and representations of the carnival groups, as well as which difficulties are arise at the moment of its cultural management.
