%X The current work deals with the classic issue of the relationship between citizens and public administration organizations. The focus on the growth of public service quality is noticeable at a global level, being seen as a priority on the public agenda, as well as on the agenda of politicians interested in growing ef ciency and quality in the governing of local communities. Such constant interest for this area has risen in the Romanian public space, too. The article brings forward a few stances of the relationship between citizen and public institution, pointing out aspects that regard perceptions, as well as interactions at a local level.
