%X This is a research Project of the Pos-graduation Program Strictu Senso ¨C Professional Master¡¯s Degree ¨C Assistant Nursing ¨C of the Aurora de Afonso Costa Nursing Scholl/UFF, Niter¨®i/Rio de Janeiro. The aim of this study is: to describe and to analyze the working process put into practice by the health care team in a public health care establishment. It is a qualitative study which has the purpose of presenting proposals for changes in the quality of the hospital¡¯s attendance, through specific actions of the health care team.
