%X It is our great pleasure to publish the second issue of the second volume of International Journal of ComputerScience Research and Application, successfully. IJCSRA follows Open Access Publication, free of charge foronline editions. The IJCSRA Editorial Board is thankful to INREWI Publications for their sponsorship tomaintain the online repositories and the associated cost on article processing and publication. A self-sustainingcost-recovery norm is in practice for the printed copies of the journal at a nominal price.Although the journal is still at its inception, as the editors, we ensured to maintain the quality parameters to thebest of the journal¡¯s capacity. In that respect, for this issue of the journal we maintained 30% acceptance rate (3out of 10 submissions).
