%X This article analyses raising conflicts between children∩ education∩s right and freedom of education belonging to parents and tutors, according to the complex article 27 of Spanish Constitution, especially after the recent sentence of Constitucional Court dated from 2nd December 2010, all of this in relation with the possiblility of giving basic education not through compulsory education but homeschooling. El art赤culo analiza los conflictos que surgen entre el derecho a la educaci車n de los menores y la libertad de ense anza reconocida a los padres o tutores, todo ello seg迆n el complejo art. 27 CE, concretamente, y con ocasi車n de la reciente STC de 2 de diciembre de 2010, en relaci車n a la posibilidad de impartir la ense anza b芍sica no a trav谷s de la escolarizaci車n obligatoria sino mediante la educaci車n en el propio hogar familiar (homeschooling).
