%X En este ensayo se analiza la posible reinvenci車n del proceso de prodigalidad desde la perspectiva de la protecci車n de los menores. En este sentido, proponemos la regulaci車n de un proceso de prodigalidad 芍gil, din芍mico, eficaz, sencillo y econ車mico, que, sin merma de garant赤as procesales, otorgue, en breve espacio de tiempo, adecuada satisfacci車n a las necesidades de los alimentistas frente a sus alimentantes. In this test there is analyzed the possible reinvention of the process of prodigality from the perspective of the protection of the minors. In this respect, we propose the regulation of a process, dynamic, effective, simple and economic of agile prodigality, that, without wastage of procedural guarantees, it grants, shortly lapse of time, suitable satisfaction to the needs of the alimentistas opposite to his alimentantes.
