%X This article compares the organizational and editorial strategies of two diaspora groups: Poles gathered around the Literary Institute Kultura and the journals of the Romanian exile. The relation with the homeland, the position towards European ideas and the involvement in international networks could explain the very different lifetime and influences of the two papers.
