%X RESUMO: O tema da igualdade tem sido central na discuss o desenvolvida na filosofia pol¨ªtica dos ¨²ltimos tempos. De especial interesse no contexto desse debate, a rela  o estabelecida entre o conceito de justi a e o pr¨®prio conceito de igualdade se apresenta como alvo central, na medida em que a quest o da distribui  ojusta em uma sociedade tamb¨¦m se coloca. Em outras palavras, trata-se de perseguir o foco fundamental de uma teoria igualitarista da justi a. Neste trabalho pretendo analisar mais precisamente a proposta oferecida por Ronald Dworkin, no que diz respeito ao enfoque da justi a sobre a distribui  o igualit¨¢ria de recursos.Percebendo a importancia das no  es de participa  o c¨ªvica, desenvolvimento comum de normas, mas rejeitando os aportes como a no  o de bem comum b¨¢sico, Dworkin prop e um novo modelo para secompreender a esfera da igualdade na justi a liberal. Ainda sob o prisma da distribui  o igualit¨¢ria dos bens, e sem abrir m o do que tocam nossos anseios mais b¨¢sicos sobre a justi a distributiva, este trabalho percorre a esfera da igualdade de recursos desenvolvida por Dworkin, com o prop¨®sito de analisar at¨¦ onde sua teoria poderia, de fato, vislumbrar o melhor caminho para a constru  o de uma sociedade mais justa. Ao final deste trabalho pretendo ser capaz de apresentar a proposta da teoria dos recursos e, com isso, suscitar seus ganhos eposs¨ªveis limites.The theme of equality has been central to the discussion developed in political philosophy in recent times. Of particular interest in this debate, the relation between the concept of justice and the concept of equality is presented as a central target, in as much as the question of equitable distribution in a society also arises. In other words, it is pursuing the fundamentalfocus of an egalitarian theory of justice. In this article I intend to examine more precisely the proposal offered by Ronald Dworkin, with respect to the focus of justice on the equal distribution of resources.Realizing the importance of notios of civic participation, development of commonstandards, but rejecting the contributions as the basic notion of common good, Dworkin proposes a new model forunderstanding the sphere of equality in liberal justice. Even through the prism of equal distribution of property, and without giving up what touches our most basic desires of distributive justice,this work covers the sphere of equality of resources developed by Dworkin, with the purpose of considering how far his theory could in fact, envision the best way to build a fairer society.
