This strategy gives a higher priority to handover calls over new calls by combine the guard channel scheme, the queuing priority scheme and the sub-rating scheme in such a way to reduce the forced termination probability of handover calls with little impact on other system performance measure, such as new call blocking probability and unsuccessful call probability. %K Complete Sharing %K Complete Partitioning %K Sub-rating %K Multi-class traffic %K LEO. %K IJCSI %U http://www.ijcsi.org/papers/IJCSI-9-5-1-126-135.pdf
