%X Resumen: El art赤culo se propone como un punto de partida en la investigaci車n de las nuevas formas de representaci車n del poder en la literatura hispanoamericana contempor芍nea. En este trabajo llevaremos adelante un primer an芍lisis de la novela Trabajos del reino de Yuri Herrera para identificar una posible continuidad con la representaci車n del poder que caracteriz車 la nueva novela hist車rica e identificar los recursos que vinculan el lector en la interpretaci車n de los hechos. Abstract: The article aims to be a starting point in the analysis of the new forms of representing power in contemporary Latin American literature. In this work we will attempt to advance a preliminary analysis of the novel Trabajos del reino by Yuri Herrera with the aim of identifying a possible continuity with the forms of representing power in the nueva novela hist車rica in order to underline the figures of speech that connect the reader to the interpretation of facts in the contemporary novel.
