The key benefit ofVANET communication is noticed in dynamic protectionsystems, which objective to enhance security of travelers byexchanging caution messages between automobiles. Otherapplications and personal services are also allowed in order tolower the cost and to promote VANET exploitation. Toeffectively set up VANET, security is one of the main challengesthat must be tackled. Another important concern is scalability is aserious issue for a network designer how to maintain stablecommunication and services in VANET. Extremely dynamicenvironment of VANETs seems it difficult. This paper proposeda more secure and stable cluster scheme for VANETs that usesdrop ratio to categorize nodes as malicious. Here also proposedan entropy-based WCA (EWCA) cluster maintained schemewhich can handle the stability of the vehicular network. %K Vehicular ad hoc network %K Monitoring %K Attackers %K Stable clustering %K Link expiration time %U http://ijcsn.org/IJCSN-2013/2-1/IJCSN-2013-2-1-26.pdf
