%X El trabajo aborda, a trav¨¦s de la obra de Jos¨¦ Mar¨ªa Bengoa Lecanda (1913-2010), la condici¨®n de intolerable social que alcanz¨®, a lo largo del siglo XX, el problema del hambre y la desnutrici¨®n. As¨ª mismo, intenta mostrar la oportunidad que comportaba dicho reto, si como parec¨ªa razonable, se trataba de corregir los factores condicionantes que estaban detr¨¢s del hambre y la desnutrici¨®n, en particular la pobreza y la falta de equidad.ABSTRACTWork addresses, through the work of Jos¨¦ Mar¨ªa Bengoa Lecanda (1913-2010), the condition of intolerable social reached throughout the 20th century, the problem of hunger, undernourishment and malnutrition. Likewise, try to show the opportunity that behaved this challenge, if as it seemed reasonable, it was correcting the factors that were behind hunger and malnutrition, in particular poverty and inequity.
