%0 Journal Article %T Significaci¨®n y Usos de las Categor¨ªas Cambio y Transformaci¨®n en el Entorno Organizacional %A Miriam Miquilena %J Revista Negotium %D 2006 %I Fundaci¨®n Unamuno %X The pragmatic perspective of Pierce and Morris (Register, 1997) allows analyzing here authors who study within the framework of the Theory of the Change Organizational, diverse perspective with respect to the change processes and transformation in the organizationally surroundings. From this point of view, in corpus theoretical analyzed was a set of argumentations of cognitive type like the analysis, the comparison, the explanation, the definition and the description; and of intersubjective type like the relation, through which sense occurs, meaning and general discursive coherence to each theoretical proposal and in specific to the structures expressed in homonym, homologies and synonymies. Morin (2001) from the paradigm of the complexity establishes differences important between the recursively and the redundancy to talk about, in the first case, to processes of change and transformation and, in the second, to processes of organizational reproduction energized by balances and instabilities. %K Meaning %K uses %K change %K transformation %K organization %U http://www.revistanegotium.org.ve/5Art1.PDF
