Appearing this kind of needs and inefficiency ofmeasuring systems with traditional activities assessment causes to createnew models of activities assessment in organizations. These models couldbe divided in two groups. The first group is based on self assessment andthe second group is based on measurement and improvement of businesstrade process. Among mentioned models, Balanced score Card (BSC) andEuropean Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM) have had morechance to be used by many companies. Regarding the high acceptance ofthese two models in the world and existence many similarities between them;this study is going to present exact glance of these two models and present acomparison between them. Moreover, after recognizing the weaknesses andpowers of them, the possibility of using them at the same time will beevaluated.
