%X La TCMS ha significado un gran avance en el diagn¨®stico por im¨¢genes. Ha renovado el inter¨¦s en esta t¨¦cnica y ampliado claramente sus indicaciones en todas las ¨¢reas. En este art¨ªculo, repasamos su utilidad en Neurorradiolog¨ªa e im¨¢genes de Cabeza y Cuello, haciendo hincapi¨¦ en las m¨¢s recientes indicaciones y ejemplos de la pr¨¢ctica cotidiana. MSCT has been a hugh advance in diagnostic imaging. It has renewed the interest in this technique and extended its indications in every field. In this article we review the utility of MSCT in Neuroradiology and Head & Neck imaging. We highlight the lastest indications and examples from every day practice.
