%X Comunicamos un caso de Leishmaniasis cut¨¢nea localizada en miembros inferiores, la respuesta terap¨¦utica al antimonial fue buena, observ¨¢ndose solo una cicatriz residual. La entidad no es frecuente en Espa a. An 84-years-old woman from Spain with papules-nodules, some ulcerated in the lower limbs is reported. The therapeutic response to the meglumine was satisfactory with a residual scar as only secuelae. The Cutaneous Leishmaniasis is infrequent in Spain.
