%X Collaborative development of the thrice industrial is an important means for change of the economic development pattern on the basis of following the rule of industrial structure vicissitude. As an important water source in Chengdu City and an important ecological preservation area which has abundant tourism resources, industrial development of this region is relatively stable. It is a significant task of the municipal government of Dujiangyan to develop the primary industry and the tertiary industry in a collaborative way, which has great significance to effectively resolve the ˇ°three ruralˇ± issues in Dujiangyan and to promote social and economic development of Dujiangyan. This article makes sorting on important factors influencing the primary industry and tertiary industry in Dujiangyan through an empirical analysis and puts forward corresponding policies and suggestions.
