The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of depressive symptoms and burnout syndrome in staff of the National Institute of Neurology and Neurosurgery. The Burnout Inventory (MBI-HS) and the Beck Depression Inventory (BDI) were applied. Secretarial staff presented the higher rate of depressive symptoms.
