But the impact of these valuable ingredients is often reduced by lack of effective training program. The research paper tries to highlight the necessity of effective training and after training evaluation in designing and implementing training programs for the employees in the retail sector specifically for Sainsbury¡¯s supermarket Ltd, UK. The main purpose of this study is to find the answer of how training refers to the acquisitions of knowledge, skill and attitudes.
