The highest rate of growth was achieved on MS media supplemented with BAP (2.22 ¦ÌM) (B05) and with kinetine (4.65 ¦ÌM) and NAA (2.68 ¦ÌM) (KN). The rooting process could be initiated only on KN medium. Histo-anatomical investigations revealed no significant structural modification on these media, especially on KN medium. At the same time, the non-rizogenetic action of NAA in Salvia officinalis was demonstrated. %K Anatomy %K in vitro cultures %K nodal explant %K micropropagation %U http://docsdrive.com/pdfs/ansinet/ijb/2008/430-436.pdf
