Katolkar %J International Journal of Biomedical and Advance Research %D 2011 %I Scholar Science Journals %R 10.7439/ijbar.v2i6.33 %X Ethyl-2-amino-4-chloro-6-(2, 4, 6 trichloro phenyl amino) pyrimidine-5-carboxylate and ethyl-2-amino 4-chloro-1, 3-dimethyl-6-(phenyl amino)-1,2,3,4 tetrahydro pyrimidine-5- carboxylate derivatives were synthesized through Cyclocondensation and Michel type of addition reaction with the aromatic anilines, guanidine and benzamidines. Synthesized novel derivatives were confirmed by elemental analysis viz., IR, 1HNMR and Mass spectroscopy.
