%X The laws relating to co-operative societies play a vital role in the development of a co-operative movement. These laws are complementary to co-operative principles, otherwise there is no room for the growth of a movement which is truly cooperative. Both the government official and the public will take the law to be correct and understand the content and character of the movement from the law relating to it. It is necessary to exercise the law in the co-operative structures to pave way for a brighter and stable cooperative movement in India.
