%X The Understanding of child desnutrition passes through severalstages involving different factors and turn actors. The history ofhumanity from its beginning has been marked by the powerful populationsubmiting to the least favored. Thus the Roman Empirewhich needed to come from Carthage and the Gallic provinces. InAmerica, the Inca Empire subjugated other peoples they made themgrow, corn and potatoes, etc. nowadays the difference between richand poor countries, was marked in the nineteenth century with theadvent of the industrial revolution. The landowners at that time located in America and Africa were not aware of what happened inquestion of trade. But the result is the same, rich countries took andstill take adventages of poor countries during the different times.For example in Bolivia the increase of food imports exceeds 60%.1But it is also true that Bolivians is the pursuit of strategies and tocontribute to the eradication of the unreasonable rate of disease.It this sense, the health team of Hospital Manuel Ascencio Villarroel-Inmunonutricional Recovery Center named as CLAPSEN Clinic, Laboratory, Psychology, Sociology, Nursing and Nutrition), the strategy of nutritional rehabilitation of malnourished children; Which not only includes restoring nutritional status, but it recognizes and treats the patient and the environment he or she is located in.Recognizing that this medium has a direct relationship on development,evolution and improvement of children desnutrition.-RESUMEN: La comprensi¨®n de la desnutrici¨®n infatil, pasa por varios estadios implicando a su turno diferentes factores y actores. La historia de la humanidad desde su inicio se caracteriz¨® por que las poblaciones poderosas somet¨ªan a las menos favorecidas. As¨ª el imperio Romano hacia venir el trigo que necesitaba de Cartago y de las provincias de los Galos. En Am¨¦rica, el Imperio Incaico someti¨® a los otros pueblos a quienes les hac¨ªan producir ma¨ªz, papa, etc. para su provecho.En nuestra ¨¦poca la diferencia entre pa¨ªses ricos y pobres,el siglo XIX fue marcado con el advenimiento de la revoluci¨®n industrial.Los latifundistas de esa ¨¦poca ubicados en las Am¨¦ricas y¨¢frica no se daban cuenta de lo que ocurr¨ªa en materia de comercio.M¨¢s el resultado es el mismo los pa¨ªses ricos en los diferentes tiempos se beneficiaron y actualmente se benefician de las naciones disminuidas hecho reflejado en Bolivia por el incremento de alimentosde importaci¨®n que sobrepasan el 60%.1 Pero tambi¨¦n es cierto queen manos de los bolivianos esta buscar estrategias y contribuir a laerradicaci¨®n de esta irrazonable
