(II a?ˇ°EVIDENCE FOR ROMANIAN SMES) %A Badulescu Daniel %J Annals of the University of Oradea : Economic Science %D 2012 %I University of Oradea %X Based on a consistent literature presented in the previous part of our paper, and analysing our research results, carried out on a significant number of SMEs from Romania in 2011, the purpose of this paper is to examine how SMEs are affected and how they perceive the bank involvement in financing SMEs needs, in terms of the nature and characteristics of organizational structure of these lenders.
