The thermal annealing processunder the N2 atmospheres obviously improved thecrystallization of Cu2O and release the compressed stressresulting from deposition of the film according to the results ofXRD and Raman measurements. Furthermore, IPCEmeasurement was utilized to evaluate the bandgap of 2.1 eV inCu2O thin film. Significantly, the annealed Cu2O thin filmexhibited the six times enhancement of photocurrent incomparison with as-grown sample %K Cu2O %K electrodeposition %K photoelectrochemical %U http://www.ijapm.org/papers/171-ST0016.pdf
