%X The application of behavior analysis and modification of mental patient, in psychiatric settings is presented.Behavior therapy techniques are discussed,and their basic foundation, are analysed. A comparison is made with traditional psychoanalytic techniques based on the medical model and the results are found to be favorable to the behavior therapy approach.
