The cotton seeds were exposed to high temperature (40oC) and humidity (100% relative humidity) for 24, 48, 72, and 96 hours. Results for treated and untreated seeds were compared using various vigor tests. The levels of fat acidity peroxidase levels in the seeds were analyzed. The germination percentage, root and shoot length decreased with AA. The leachates, free fatty acid and peroxidase contents and electrical conductivity of seeds increased linearly according to the AA period. %K Accelerated aging %K Cotton seed %K Electrical conductivity %K Free fatty acid %K Germination %U http://inacj.com/agriscience/archive/65-july-2011/111-july-2011-list-of-articles.html
