The principles are applied to past international behaviors, especially in relation to Hitler and World War II. A proposal for the future is presented and the response-reinforcement contingencies are analyzed in detail. The appropriateness of applying principies of individual behavior to the behavior of a nation is defended pointing out that the laws are applied to individuals, particularly decision-maker individuals, and not to a "nation" in abstract. %U http://www.redalyc.org/articulo.oa?id=80502302
