Kanaujia %J International Journal of Advances in Engineering and Technology %D 2011 %I %X The bandwidth enhancement technique using coplanar parasitic element is presented in this paper. This paper presents the analysis of gap coupled annular ring microstrip antenna. The proposed antenna is designed to operate at 6.2 GHz. Details of the proposed antenna and measured results are presented and discussed. The various parameters of the patch antenna are calculated and the antenna impedance is matched to 50 ohm of coaxial feed.
