By means of a research carried out with Lykeion students and teachers of English the above consideration is confirmed whereas and most importantly the types and causes of indiscipline in the specific school subject are analysed. Despite the fact that the sample of the research is limited and consequently it does not allow the formation of generalisations, it nevertheless records the tendencies of the student/teacher population on the specific area of discussion constituting a first proof of the existence of an idiosyncratic situation concerning the teaching of english at Lykeion. %K discipline %K Greek State Senior High School %K EFL %K Teaching English as a foreign language %U http://rpltl.eap.gr/images/stories/issue_01/01-01-048-tzakosta.pdf
