Applying that modernand pure management system, called reengineering, in sports activity, we hopeto get better and better results, in order to increase both the health state and theperformances of trained athletes. The paper also presents the similaritiesbetween BPR (Business Process Reengineering) and Sports Managements, aswell as the proposed solution for a proper implementation of such model ofmanagement.
