Since thebeginning of his civilization, the human has based hiseconomical becoming on money, on capital, onaccumulation. When we speak of the past of thecapitalism, we speak about different periods of timehaving different features. The early capitalism, starting from 1500, was based on some referencepoints: the influx of luxuries resulted from colonies, providing cheap or even free manpower by using theslaves, developing the mine and agricultural system inAmerica, the appearance of the manufactures and, subsequently, of the first factories. There appear processes of accumulation andenrichment so that, when the bourgeoisie becomesstrong enough to dominate the world market, themassive expansion of the capitalisms starts bypreaching the free exchange. The same mechanismsmanifest nowadays when IMF, the World Bank orWTO speak of the free trade, the liberalization of thecapital account, the disappearance of the borders, theglobalization. We should not be misunderstood. Hereit is not about a criticism brought to a way of beingthat we feature as being natural, but about the simpledescriptions of a state of fact, sometimes even ofconsigning the history as such. %K capitalist world %K democracy %K political freedom %K individual freedom %K the social freedom %K the civil freedom %K political system %K citizen %U http://www.utgjiu.ro/revista/jur/pdf/2011-1/4_DOREL_DUMITRU_CHIRITESCU.pdf
