%X La legislaci車n espa ola sobre t谷cnicas de reproducci車n asistida ha supuesto una alteraci車n importante en las normas tradicionales sobre determinaci車n de la filiaci車n, sobre todo si tenemos en cuenta que se permite recurrir a las mismas no s車lo a las parejas heterosexuales con problemas reproductivos sino tambi谷n a parejas homosexuales y a mujeres solas. Sin embargo, no se admite en Espa a la gestaci車n por sustituci車n. Esto ha provocado el aumento de los casos de "turismo reproductivo" en el que las personas que no pueden acceder a esta t谷cnica en nuestro pa赤s viajan a otro en el que s赤 est芍 permitida y posteriormente pretenden el reconocimiento de la filiaci車n del ni o as赤 nacido en el extranjero. Spanish legislation on assisted reproduction techniques has involved an important change in the traditional regulations related to the determination of affiliation, especially if we consider that we can resort to these not only in the case of heterosexual couples with reproductive problems but also same-sex couples and single women. However, surrogate mothers in Spain are prohibited. This has resulted in increased cases of "reproductive tourism" where people who cannot access this technique in our country, travel to another in which it is allowed, and later they aim at the recognition of the affiliation of a foreign-born child.
