Some of the scholars come up with a lot of factors that could give impact on turnover intention; however there are other factors such as organizational culture and organizational commitment, organizational person fit also could give impact towards turnover intention. However studies on organizational culture towards turnover intention specifically in fast food industry of Malaysia are very limited. The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of organizational culture, organizational commitment and person organization fit towards turnover intention in Fast food industry.
