%X El autor aborda la instituci車n del contrato y el fen車meno de la contrataci車n jur赤dica contempor芍nea no s車lo desde el punto de vista de la ciencia del derecho, sino desde una dimensi車n social y axiol車gica. Se evidencia la importancia que tiene hoy el contrato para todas las esferas de la sociedad moderna y civilizada y de ah赤 la necesidad de que en el sistema de contrataci車n jur赤dica est谷n presentes deberes jur赤dicos como los de buena fe, cooperaci車n en la interpretaci車n y en la modificaci車n de la relaci車n jur赤dica por causas fundadas, claridad y precisi車n en el contenido, y 谷tica en la observancia de la obligatoriedad contractual. Se afianza la idea de que la tecnolog赤a al servicio del sistema de la contrataci車n jur赤dica constituye una herramienta invaluable para el mejor control de 谷sta y para lograr un mayor rendimiento de recursos. The legal contracting system: an authentic social, scientific and technologic problem, analyses the institution of contract and the phenomenon of the contemporary legal contracting, not just from the point of view of the science of law, but also, and first of all, from a social and axiological dimension. This article shows the importance that contract has today in all spheres of modern and civilized society; hence the need to include legal duties in the legal contracting system. It strengthens the idea that technology at the service of the legal contracting system is an invaluable tool to achieve a good control and a better yield of resources, capacities and contractual relationships that law operators systematically formalized.
