%X El uso masivo por los menores de internet como veh¨ªculo habitual para transmitirse todo tipo de informaciones y opiniones comporta la necesidad de habilitar nuevos y eficaces instrumentos jur¨ªdicos en aras de garantizar sus derechos fundamentales. El an¨¢lisis del marco jur¨ªdico de protecci¨®n de los derechos fundamentales en el ordenamiento jur¨ªdico espa ol; la concepci¨®n del derecho al honor como un bien jur¨ªdico absolutamente irrenunciable; la menci¨®n de las intromisiones ileg¨ªtimas t¨ªpicas al derecho al honor de los menores divulgadas por internet, as¨ª como la aproximaci¨®n a la responsabilidad civil derivada de las intromisiones ileg¨ªtimas al derecho al honor de los menores, constituyen el recorrido b¨¢sico de este estudio, siempre desde la obligada dimensi¨®n que introduce el art¨ªculo 18.4 CE. The massive use of the Internet by children as a usual vehicle for the transmission of all types of information and opinion, involves the need to enable new and effective legal instruments in order to ensure their fundamental rights. The basic lines of this study are the analysis of the legal framework for the protection of fundamental rights in the Spanish legal system; of the right to honor as an essential legal right; of typical unlawful interference of children's right to honor spread via Internet, and the approach to civil liability derived from unlawful interference to the right to honor children.
