A special emphasis is made on the stage of image segmentation presenting three segmentation methods: method of Court, method of Canny, and method of Segmentation for Region Growing (Seeded Region Growing). All of them are implemented with the corresponding adaptations to the Microarray technology for diagnosis.Several examples of the application of these methods are shown, and a discussion of the results obtained is carried out by means of a brief comparison among them; considering the computational speed of each method and the proximity of the results obtained with the prospective results. %K Microarray for diagnosis %K Image Processing %K Image Segmentation. %U http://rev-inv-ope.univ-paris1.fr/files/31310/31310-09.pdf
