%X Este art赤culo va a tratar de analizar los problemas que presenta el capitalismo moderno entrelazando sus diversas dimensiones. La Nueva Sociolog赤a Econ車mica parte del supuesto de que la econom赤a est芍 incrustada 〞embededdness〞 en las relaciones sociales. No puede ser estudiada ignorando el contexto social en el que se produce. Desde esta perspectiva acad谷mica, el capitalismo es m芍s que la l車gica de acumulaci車n de capital bajo el mecanismo de los mercados y, por ello, para analizar el momento actual debe comprenderse la l車gica de su evoluci車n hist車rica y entrelazar los aspectos econ車micos con los pol赤ticos y sociales. This article aims to analyze the problems presented by the various dimensions of modern capitalismo. The new economic sociology is based on the assumption that the economy is embedded in social relations. It cannot be studied without taking the social context into account. From this academic viewpoint, capitalism is more than the logic of the accumulation of capital under the mechanism of the markets and, therefore, if the present moment is to be analyzed, the logic of its historical evolution must be understood and economic aspects must be linked with political and social aspects.
