%X Este trabajo hace una presentaci車n esquem芍tica de tres posicionamientos de Habermas acerca de la tecnolog赤a: la cr赤tica inicial al car芍cter ideol車gico de la tecnolog赤a, la valoraci車n de la tecnolog赤a en relaci車n con la colonizaci車n sist谷mica y el m芍s reciente argumento normativo contra la eugenesia liberal. Se exponen en cada caso los marcos te車ricos generales de esos posicionamientos y se contextualizan desde una doble perspectiva: por referencia a la normatividad de la acci車n racional y por referencia a las funciones democratizadoras de la esfera p迆blica en el Estado de derecho. This work presents, in a schematic way, three different times in which Habermas took up a position on technology: the critique of technology as ideology, the examination of the technology connected with the systemic colonization of the lifeworld, and the recent normative argument facing the liberal eugenics. Throughout the article, these theoretical approaches are contextualized from a dual perspective: firstly, by reference to the normativity of rational action and, secondly, by reference to the functions of public sphere in the constitutional state.
