%X The aim of this study is to determine the students¡¯ parents¡¯ opinions and their confrontations problems about performance task of the alternative evaluation methods during Science and Technology courses. This new alternative evaluation method aims to remove students¡¯ memorization in education. Performance task¡¯ target is to make studies with their teachers, developing cognitive, sensitive, psycho-motor skills of students and revealing a product as solving problem, understanding what reads, researching. The study was applied to determine parents¡¯ attitudes towards Science and Technology performance homework at two different Primary schools in Hatay. To examine the collected data One-Way ANOVA were used. Research results showed that parents¡¯ have largely positive attitudes towards the performance task.
